We take very good care of the flowers we send to our customers. Your flowers are being packed in a special designed box in Holland and they're being transported to your address by UPS within 2 days.

Eventhough, it is vital that you take good care of the flowers the best possible way when you receive them.

Delivery of flowers to any given location

Please remember that flowers are precious and perishable items. We want to make sure that your flowers arrive in the best possible condition as soon as possible but we need your help with this:

Please include any additional delivery instructions when ordering.

• Please select a delivery address where the flowers can be cared for immediately.
• Please note that we must have the full UK postcode for every delivery.
• If there are any delivery problems we will contact the sender by phone or email.

What happens when there's nobody present in our shop at the time of delivery?

Your flowers will be delivered by UPS. The courier will try to deliver the flowers during working hours. In case you are not present the courier will leave a contact card stating that they have tried to deliver your flowers. They will try to deliver your flowers again next day. Please note: They will try to deliver the flowers up to three times.
