You must register as a new customer on this website before placing an order. Don’t worry, registration is free and straightforward.
Step 2: Log in
You will receive your log-in details from us by email. Use these to enter the online shop. You will then see your personal ‘dashboard’, where your details can be stored and edited.
The address you register with us will be used to calculate your delivery costs, so please make sure you enter it correctly! These costs will then be automatically incorporated into the prices of the flowers in the webshop.
Step 3: Browse the catalogue
You can now browse through our complete catalogue, compare prices, view detailed images of the flowers, and order the flowers of your choice.
Use the left-hand column on the website to search for specific flowers. You can search by:
Keyword
Colour
Flower variety

Step 4: Order flowers
Select a flower variety, and the complete product choice for this variety will then appear on the screen. This product overview will show you:
The daily price
The quality
The stem length
How many flowers per bouquet
A miniature reproduction of the flower and
The colours in which it is available
You can select the currency you wish to view our prices in at the top of the summary page. You can choose Euros, Pound Sterling or US Dollars.
You can view the products either as images, or in list-form.
Want to see more photos of the flowers? Click on the image of a flower, and a new page will open with more detailed photos of that variety.
On the summary page you simply need to select how many bouquets of each variety you wish to order. This amount will then be placed automatically in your shopping basket. Note that we have a minimum order amount of € 175,- due to high shipping costs.
Step 5: View shopping basket
Click on ‘checkout’ in the top right-hand corner of the site to view your shopping basket. You will see a summary of all the items placed in your basket. At this stage you can change the quantities selected, or remove items from the basket.
Step 6: Checkout
Is your order complete? Then go to your basket and check your items. Are they correct? If yes then click on ‘proceed with order’. Verify your address details – are they correct? If not then go to your dashboard to change them.
In the next step you will be offered a selection of delivery dates for your order. If you don’t see your desired date you may have to come back on another time. You can place the order about one week before the desired delivery date. Your selected items will stay in your shopping basket, so it's easy to finalize your order later on.
Following this you will be directed via a secure link to our payment page, provided by ‘Bibit Payment Services’.
We will then ensure that the flowers you have ordered are delivered on the requested date!
Step 7: View your order status
Your order history will appear on your dashboard as soon as you confirm an order with us. You can check the status of all your orders here.
The orders are colour-coded to show if they are:
at the purchase stage
being processed
have been despatched
or have been delivered
