It is our business to deliver a wide range of fresh and high quality flowers directly to customers in a wide range of European countries.

Flowers4Florists.com makes no warranty in respect of the strength or effectiveness of any security measures involved with this website. Flowers4Florists.com is not responsible for events arising from unauthorised access of the information you provide.

Payment
Go to your shopping basket and click on 'checkout'. You now get an overiew of your order and below that a checkout form will appear. Here you can set a date for delivery. By pressing the 'Next' button you will get a new page with a summary of your order and your shipping information. Check the summary and go back to make changes if necessary. By pressing the 'Proceed to Payment' button you will now enter the secure payment module of Bibit Payment Services. Pay securely using your Bibit account, credit card, or bank account where available.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled by replying to our confirmation e-mail within one hour of receiving it.

Flowers4Florists delivers to the following European countries: United Kingdom, Sweden, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Ireland, Germany, France, Finland, Denmark, Belgium, Switserland, Austria and Romania.

Delayed Delivery
Flowers4Florists cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to logistic problems within 2 days after the indicated delivery date. After this period the purchaser may apply for partly or full reimbursement based on the damage caused by the late delivery. In the unfortunate event when a shipment has gone wrong and the flowers are delivered too late, the receiver should not refuse the packages. Otherwise it isn't possible to make a claim at UPS.

Damaged flowers or not what you expected
If flowers aren't of the high standard you're aiming for or are not what you expected, please send us some pictures of the flowers directly afer arrival. Our buyers will arrange a suiting settlement in cases like these. Our service team can not be held responsible for any advice given regarding the flowers.

Import taxes
Some countries outside the EU charge import taxes for our flowers. UPS, our carrier, will charge the receiver of the flowers for these taxes.
