The advantage of using UPS is that we can deliver in one or two days all over Europe, the disadvantage is the high shipping costs. We choose for high quality and quick delivery. The result is that we cannot afford to send out smaller quantities than the minimum order of € 175.- (which is about £ 160.-). As we deliver with special UPS services, a small amount of delivery costs will be calculated in the checkout process.
Unfortunately, pre-ordering is not possible. As prices vary weekly at the auction, we can only give prices 1-2 weeks before the desired delivery date. You can find on our homepage until which date the prices are valid.
We can advise you to regularly check our website for available prices and delivery dates.
Simply by replying to our confirmation e-mail within one hour of receiving it.
When your order has been placed and accepted you will receive a confirmation on your screen. You will then be sent an e-mail confirming your order and delivery address.

Ordering and paying later is not possible. You will need to give details of your payment method when you order and your card will be debited at the time of order.
Every product on our website contains a description in which we also give information about the availability of the flower. These estimations of availability are the situation of flowers directly from the Dutch auction. If the flower you wish is not available, in some cases it still is possible to import the flower.

The minimum order amount is EUR 175,- or 159,09 pounds at the moment. You will have to exceed this minimum order amount with the sum of the flowers you buy. So the minimum order amount does not contain VAT or extra delivery costs.
