Spring Flower Tips19-02-2009Tip: Remember the air conditioning
When outdoor temperatures rise, air conditioning is vital if cut flowers
are to be kept fresh longer. However, you must remember that air in a climate
controlled room is much drier. You could almost say that water is siphoned
out of vases and oasis foam and the flowers also evaporate off more water.
It is therefore crucial to ensure that flower stems are slant cut and have
constant access to sufficient water.
