This means that we take delivery very seriously because we do not want to see our quality flowers damaged.

Flowers4Florists.com uses UPS, the world's largest package delivery company, to deliver the flowers. 

UPS delivery schedule

After your flowers have been sent you will get an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number to follow your package online through the UPS system.

Please take a look at the UPS delivery schedule for delivery details.

* Orders placed after 05:00 AM (Greenwich Mean Time, GMT) will be processed the next day. Flowers will be auction fresh at all times.

Please note that this schedule is in the case of 1 day delivery time. Some remote addresses take 2 days delivery time. To be sure about your delivery time, please contact our customer service.

Please remember that flowers are precious and perishable items. We want to make sure that your flowers arrive in the best possible condition as soon as possible but we need your help with this:

• Please include any additional delivery instructions when ordering.
• Please select a delivery address where the flowers can be cared for immediately.
• Please note that we must have the full UK postcode for every delivery.
• If there are any delivery problems we will contact the sender by ‘phone or email.
