Thank you so much. We loved the flowers and I am pleased that I placed my order. I am not a florist, have no knowledge of flower arranging, but we were holding a party and wanted to order a large amount of white flowers to place in vases ourselves around the room.

Starting with the initial order: I had trouble loading your website on my netbook and so had to use my husbands computer whenever I wanted to check the site. Whenever I emailed I always received very prompt and helpful replies.

Nothing was too much trouble even when I wanted to increase my order. Paying was tricky as I was offered the option to pay in Euros and use a Credit Agricole card yet when we tried to do so it would not let us (I don't suppose too many people in UK would have a Euro bank account but we have a house in France so could have paid in Euros). Using the back browser caused the page to jam and I had to start over 3 times before I eventually paid for our order. (I eventually sent an email to clarify that payment had gone through.)

Delivery was fine - there were no problems.

The flowers arrived in near perfect condition. Some of the lily flowers had broken where the flower heads had been too close to the top of one end of the box. The roses did not last very long but I do not know why, perhaps because I hadn't used any flower food. The flowers arrived on Thursday 26th and all of the roses had to be thrown away on Monday 30th, whereas all of the other flowers still look beautiful (today is 2nd Sept). The arum lily stems have dissolved in the vases of water (again, I do not know why). Perhaps a page could be added to your web site which offers basic advice to those people of have no knowledge at all - a sort of 'troubleshooters guide'?

I have already recommended your site to a friend whose daughter is getting married in December, and will have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone else who asks.
